Bharatiya Janata Party has once again nominated veteran actress Hema Malini for the Mathura constituency. The decision, marking her third consecutive candidacy, underscores BJP's enduring faith in her representation. Expressing elation at her inclusion in the party's first candidate list, Hema Malini voiced her commitment to amplifying her efforts for the betterment of Mathura, the legendary city associated with Lord Krishna.
In response to her nomination, Hema Malini conveyed her gratitude to prominent BJP figures including the Prime Minister, Home Minister Amit Shah, Party President JP Nadda, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for their continued trust in her leadership.
She said 'I have got a chance to serve Mathura for the third time. My heartfelt desire was to do a lot for Mathura. I have done many things to serve Mathura during the last two terms. I will continue to work here in the future. I will continue to serve the people of Brij. I thank the top leadership of the party for giving me this opportunity. Also, she called upon the party workers to once again start preparing for the elections.
